Who is JJ Ferrari? She's a confident, fun loving and genuine person who loves science, puzzles and patterns because they allow her to feel safe in taking risks, feel confident in uncertainty and give her the tools to solve what others would call impossible problems. 

JJ is the CEO and Founder of GO BOLD, a training and development company promoting Outstanding Coaches, Consultants, Professional Services, CEOs, High Level Executives, Board Members, and Persons of Experience, people she calls P.R.O.S. 

While known as the Transition Specialist, because she transitioned her gender, that's only 19.7% of the reason - 80.3% has to do with 22 personal life transitions, helping thousands of people, teams and businesses get through their own simple or complex transitions and developing a pattern of transitioning called “Trans-behavioural Science”.

Her life purpose is “to create and enjoy as many freedoms and choices to live a life filled with as much fun, adventures and success as she can create, while simultaneously affecting the most positive changes she can for as many other humans as she possibly can while on this planet.’

A leader is someone who “constantly works on themselves, takes responsibility to have the best people around them; trains their people to be the best, expects the best from them and trusts them to follow-through on their commitment to be the best for themselves and the company.  They are someone who “works hard and plays hard, and acts from and on purpose” - JJ Ferrari
