After starting out as physiotherapist, a passion for cooking in 2012 turned into something far beyond expectations when she became a finalist on MasterChef Australia. Fast forward seven years and she’s successfully taken a leadership role with Lotus Dining Group, which she says is “Without doubt the greatest accomplishment and challenge of my life”
